We have developed an upgraded cooling system for the CVT and belt by adding a second air intake. This system involves assembling an air intake pipe to the CVT cover and need to connect a 100 mm hose with an air blower (. Based on our experience with the CFMOTO G2, this setup lowers the CVT belt temperature by 30-35% compared to the original cooling system. The enhanced cooling improves the belt’s lifespan, extends the CVT’s overall durability, and ensures better performance during long or demanding races, helping to ensure you reach the finish line.
